Charlotte Jensen is an HR Consulting Manager of Gallagher’s Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice.

EXPERTISE

Ms. Jensen has been in the human resources field for nearly 25 years. Her extensive experience with both large, publicly-held companies and small, private organizations across numerous industries makes her uniquely qualified to bring forward-thinking solutions to her clients. With a strong Generalist background, Ms. Jensen has broad experience in the entire employment life cycle, and her sound and practical approach has solidified her reputation as a credible HR partner.

Prior to joining Gallagher, Ms. Jensen’s human resources experience included Director of Human Resources at Children’s Museum of Richmond, Human Resources Manager at Carrier Corporation, and a number of years as a consultant, providing human resources support to organizations across the United States. As a consultant and trusted advisor for GBS, she partners with clients on a variety of projects including HR assessments, employee handbooks, compliance requirements, and HR administration. Additionally, with expertise in compliance and regulatory matters, she is able to provide strong support to clients with their day-to-day employment and workplace challenges.

ACADEMIC

Ms. Jensen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Master’s degree in Education (Teaching), both from Virginia Commonwealth University.
