Toni Dolby is a Managing Director & Senior Consultant in the Total Compensation and Rewards practice of Integrated Healthcare Strategies, a division of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. She is one of a handful of people who has contributed to the firm’s rise to leadership in the compensation consulting field, almost from the beginning.
During her 20-plus years with the firm, Ms. Dolby has served as a senior account executive and a vice president for client services. She became a principal in the firm in 1995 and a partner the following year.
Ms. Dolby has designed compensation, benefit, and retention plans for a wide variety of health system organizations ranging in size from the local community hospital to one of the largest integrated delivery systems in the nation. Ms. Dolby has been instrumental in facilitating the coordination of compensation plans for various clients following a merger or reorganization.
Ms. Dolby's breadth of experience and longevity at Gallagher Integrated enable her to manage a large number of client projects during every stage of their development as well as the ongoing, long-term administrative relationship.
Ms. Dolby received a degree in accounting from Moorhead (Minnesota) State University.
